Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to services and subscriptions provided by GO GET PRODUCTIVE LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service or subscription, you agree to these terms.

Custom projects

For website, app, and e-commerce store development, the scope, price, timeline, and payment schedule are agreed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions to our SaaS tools and digital services are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

• Custom projects: deposits are refundable if you cancel before work begins. Once development has started, payments cover work already completed and are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscriptions: monthly fees are generally non-refundable for periods already started. If you were charged in error or after cancelling, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the charge.

Ownership

For custom projects, you receive ownership of the final deliverables once the project is paid in full. Our SaaS tools remain our property, and subscriptions grant you a right to use them while your subscription is active.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
